Deputy Construction Manager

We are partnering with our client, a leading organization in the Oil and Gas sector, to appoint a Deputy Construction Manager on a contract basis. This is a key role supporting major construction activities, where you will work closely with senior leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. You will be a central part of our client's team, contributing to critical energy infrastructure in the region and helping drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: As Deputy Construction Manager, you will support the Construction Manager in overseeing all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. You will coordinate with subcontractors, manage site operations, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and help drive project schedules and budgets. Your leadership will be essential in maintaining effective communication among project stakeholders and resolving any issues that arise on site.
