Construction Structural Superintendent

Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate structural construction and commissioning activities at site. Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, plans, and project schedule. Ensure all activities comply with HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment) and Quality requirements. Manage the site workforce, including supervisors and construction teams. Coordinate materials, tools, equipment, and manpower required for structural activities. Monitor daily progress and take corrective actions if work falls behind schedule. Conduct and coordinate site inspections, testing, and verification of structural works. Ensure proper implementation of HSSE procedures and safety standards. Manage any changes in structural scope, plans, or work requirements during the project. Maintain daily/weekly progress reports, HSSE records, inspection records, and quality documentation. Coordinate with engineering, construction, commissioning, contractors, and other disciplines. Lead and mentor construction supervisors and site teams. Ensure structural works are completed to the required quality, safety, and schedule standards.
