Witness contractors' scope of work and validate test and check sheets in accordance with project requirements. Follow-up construction activities and progress during pre-shutdown and shutdown of the Brownfield WHPs & RTs. Oversee Brownfield offshore Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning execution activities and ensure their safety and compliant. Follow-up punch list creation, categorization and clearance via weekly meeting with Contractor. Verify the completeness of CONTRACTOR's completion dossiers for mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, and commissioning through to handover to permanent asset. Monitor and verify Contractor's preservation activities and ensure it meets project requirements. Coordinate, capture, and share SC Lessons Learned (LL) for inclusion in the project lessons learned register. Monitor progress and status of subsystems using the completion management system and ensure timely handovers. Oversee and control all mechanical completion (MC), pre-commissioning (CSA), and commissioning documentation (RFSU).
