* Witness contractors' scope of work and progress in accordance with project requirements.* Follow-up construction activities and progress during pre-shutdown and shutdown of the Brownfield WHPs & RTs. * Oversee Brownfield offshore Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning execution activities and ensure their safety and compliant.* Follow-up punch list creation, categorization and clearance via weekly meeting with Contractor. * Verify the completeness of CONTRACTOR's completion dossiers for mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, and commissioning through to handover to permanent asset.* Monitor and verify Contractor's preservation activities and ensure it meets project requirements. * Coordinate, capture, and share SC Lessons Learned (LL) for inclusion in the project lessons learned register.* Monitor progress and status of subsystems using the completion management system and ensure timely handovers. * Oversee and control all mechanical completion (MC), pre-commissioning (CSA), and commissioning documentation (RFSU).
