Civil Structural Designers

We are currently looking for Omani Designers for our client in Oman. Minimum 3 years in FEED/Engineering Experience and 6 years experience in the oil and gas industry with experience on major capital projects Minimum of 5 years’ experience with 2D, 3D drawing systems (e.g. PDMS) and AutoCAD. Technical knowledge of advanced 3D design applications and processes. Efficiently uses Aveva software applications (i.e. PDMS design modules, forms/menus, REVIEW) Knowledgeable of codes, standards and regulatory guidelines that apply to the design disciplines, specifically any API, CENELEC, IEC, IEC IP, IEEE, NEC, and NEMA standards. Knowledgeable with designing industry related deliverables Is proficient in the use of human factors engineering guidelines and HSE best practices Ability to work effectively in a team environment or independently with little guidance or supervision is required. Knowledgeable of the interface points between design disciplines. Is able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint. Strong interpersonal and communications skills are highly desirable.
