HSE Specialist

As our HSE Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting Health, Safety and Environment across our Stavanger operations. Working closely with managers, supervisors, and employees, you'll help ensure regulatory compliance while driving practical HSE improvements that support our business and our people. This is a hands-on operational role where you'll spend time engaging with the business, building relationships, conducting site activities, supporting audits and investigations, and promoting a proactive safety culture. Success comes from working collaboratively with operations, understanding their challenges, and finding practical solutions that strengthen safety performance. You don't need to know everything on day one.
