Lab Supervisor - Cementing (Bossier City, LA, US, 71111)

Job Duties Manages all facets of a field laboratory operation to include employee development, staffing decisions, workload volume, technical projects, HSE policy, and department costs. Uses knowledge of testing and procedural standards to ensure laboratory compliance with industry testing protocol, company best practices, and audit requirements. Interfaces with PSLs and customers to troubleshoot complex technical issues and maintains a high level of service quality in the laboratory to support local field operations. Competence in multiple PSLs is often required, and management of one or more laboratories may be necessary depending upon the scope of a district. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required Completion of an undergraduate degree in the sciences is typical, as well as five years of laboratory experience.
