Administrative Assistant II – SAP Administrator

Job Title: Administrative Assistant II – SAP Administrator Duration: 1-year Schedule: M-F, 40 hours per week Location: Loving, NM This opportunity supports day-to-day SAP transactional activity across supply chain, procurement, warehouse, operations, and maintenance functions in a fast-paced operational environment. The role focuses on ensuring accurate materials management processing, resolving transaction issues, and maintaining data quality across purchasing and inventory activities. This position offers the chance to make a direct impact through SAP support, inventory accuracy, and transactional compliance. Required Experience: Experience supporting transactional processes across supply chain, procurement, warehouse, operations, or maintenance environments. Experience reviewing, researching, and correcting purchasing and inventory transaction errors. Experience supporting month-end and year-end inventory activities. Required Skills: Strong SAP materials management transaction support, including Goods Receipts, Goods Issues, Stock Transfers, Inventory Adjustments, and Material Reservations. Ability to monitor and resolve blocked, failed, or incomplete transactions. Skill in transaction status tracking, document flow review, and user support for troubleshooting and process guidance. Strong attention to accuracy in purchasing, inventory transactions, and supporting documentation. Ability to maintain compliance with established procedures while supporting operational teams.
