Project Engineering Lead

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineering Lead to support the execution of a major LNG restoration and redevelopment project. The successful candidate will lead multidisciplinary engineering activities across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning while coordinating EPC contractors, vendors and project stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead multidisciplinary engineering activities within the PMT. Develop execution plans covering engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning. Coordinate detailed design and technical deliverables. Support equipment damage assessment and OEM/vendor engagement. Monitor engineering progress, interfaces and project milestones. Manage technical risks and resolution of complex engineering issues. Support EPC scope development and tendering activities. Manage engineering changes and prevent uncontrolled scope growth. Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards and governance requirements. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. Minimum 8 years’ engineering experience. Minimum 4 years within Oil & Gas. Experience overseeing contractors, subcontractors or vendors. Previous Project Engineer / Field Engineer experience. Integrated LNG development experience involving multiple EPC packages. Experience with upstream sour gas and LNG facilities. Major EPC contractor experience. Strong risk management and technical decision-making capability.
