Commissioning Lead Offshore Telecom B2b

We are seeking an experienced Offshore Telecom Commissioning Lead for a major offshore Oil & Gas project. Responsibilities Lead Telecom pre-commissioning and commissioning offshore. Witness and validate ITRs, test sheets and check sheets. Oversee Mechanical Completion, CSA and RFSU activities. Monitor system completion status. Coordinate EPC contractor and vendor commissioning teams. Manage punch-list creation and clearance. Review completion dossiers. Participate in PTW and SIMOPS activities. Support Operations during start-up. Ensure safe and timely system handover. Requirements Engineering / Applied Sciences degree. 8+ years large-project Oil & Gas commissioning. Offshore commissioning experience. Telecom commissioning background. CMS experience – ICAPS, WinPCS, PIMS, Hexagon or equivalent. Pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up experience.
