Procurement Lead

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Lead to oversee EPC contractor procurement activities for a major Oil & Gas development. Responsibilities Manage procurement of Long Lead Items. Prepare ITT packages and coordinate tender processes. Support technical/commercial bid evaluation. Develop project Procurement Plans. Oversee bulk materials and spare-parts procurement. Monitor procurement schedules from RFQ through site delivery. Review contractor procurement procedures. Manage supplier/vendor interfaces. Monitor procurement schedule and cost performance. Support materials reconciliation and project close-out. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commercial, Engineering, Project Management or Supply Chain. 8+ years contracts/procurement experience. Major Oil & Gas project experience. Strong EPC procurement exposure. Long Lead Item procurement experience. Strong knowledge of Oil & Gas suppliers/vendors. Tendering and contracting experience. Materials management knowledge.
