Planning Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Planning Specialist to support integrated planning and performance management across a portfolio of major Oil & Gas projects. Responsibilities Develop, maintain and monitor integrated project schedules. Integrate multiple EPC Level 3 and Level 4 schedules. Develop management-level Level 0 and Level 1 schedules. Conduct schedule risk analysis. Review EPC contractor baseline and forecast schedules. Analyse schedule performance, trends and deviations. Monitor project progress and progress measurement accuracy. Produce schedule and cost forecasts. Identify schedule impacts and recommend mitigation actions. Prepare management reports and presentations. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering. Minimum 8 years project execution related experience. Minimum 6 years in major projects. Strong Oil & Gas project planning background. Expert-level Primavera P6 capability. Primavera Schedule Risk Analysis experience. Integrated multi-EPC scheduling experience. Strong progress measurement and reporting knowledge.
