Quality Supervisor

Lead, manage, and coordinate QA/QC and QMS activities to support Mumbai facility repair operations. Oversee key quality functions, provide QA/QC operational support, deliver quality awareness and process training, and ensure the effective and sustainable implementation of the QMS in alignment with customer, industry, and NOV Global Quality/BPA/Standardization standards, as well as other applicable requirements. Collaborate closely with the Operations Team, Department Leads, and Process Owners to achieve product quality and on-time delivery objectives, while driving quality awareness, promotion, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
