Senior Contracts And Procurement Specialists Mining

Working across Construction Works, Services and Capital Procurement, you will be responsible for tender development, contract award, negotiations, contract administration, commercial risk management and contractor engagement throughout project delivery. Support contracting and procurement strategies, including packaging, delivery models and market engagement Lead and suport the development, evaluation and execution of tenders for construction contracts, equipment and services Negotiate contract terms and pricing Prepare contract documentation, pricing schedules and contract award recommendations Manage pre and post-award contract administration, claims, payment assessments and close-out activities Identify and manage commercial and contractual risks Drive value outcomes through sourcing, negotiation and contract management Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and contractors
