Planning Lead

Master Planning & Scheduling: Lead the short-term, medium-term, and long-term planning for site operations, maintenance programs, and major infrastructure/construction activities using Primavera P6 or MS Project. Progress Monitoring & Baseline Tracking: Establish baseline schedules, track project KPIs, monitor physical progress vs. planned targets, and perform critical path analyses to prevent schedule slippage. Resource & Cost Optimization: Coordinate with operations, engineering, and procurement teams to optimize resource allocation (equipment, manpower, materials) and minimize operational downtime. Risk & Delay Mitigation: Identify potential schedule bottlenecks, site constraints, and operational risks early, developing proactive mitigation and recovery plans. Reporting & Stakeholder Management: Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for site leadership, executive management, and key stakeholders.
