Dc Mechanical Engineer

Dimensional Control & Surveying: Plan, execute, and verify high-accuracy dimensional control surveys for topsides, jacket structures, piping spools, and mechanical skid fabrications using laser scanners and total stations. Data Analysis & Modeling: Process field survey data using 3D modeling/metrology software (e.g., Leica Cyclone, Spatial Analyzer, CAD) to perform clash detection, interface verification, and fit-up checks. Quality & Tolerance Verification: Ensure all structural and mechanical components strictly comply with client specifications, API, ASME, and international engineering standards. Technical Reporting: Prepare comprehensive survey, fit-up, and dimensional control reports for project management, QA/QC, and client review. Site Execution: Coordinate closely with fabrication, welding, and QC teams on-site/in the yard to resolve alignment issues prior to final assembly or installation.
