End-to-End Procurement: Manage RFQ preparation, tender analysis, purchase order (PO) issuance, and contract negotiations for local and overseas suppliers. Vendor Sourcing & Management: Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with reliable vendors for MEP equipment, materials, and specialized engineering services. Commercial Negotiation & Cost Control: Conduct price benchmarking, quotation analysis, and cost negotiations to optimize project margins. Logistics & Expediting: Coordinate closely with logistics, QA/QC, and project management teams to ensure timely delivery of materials to the project site or yard.
