Construction Manager

We are looking for a collaborative and influential leader to support a major EPCm framework programme based in Ayrshire. This role offers the opportunity to lead multidisciplinary construction activities within a live manufacturing facility, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with quality and regulatory standards. You'll be responsible for providing visible leadership across site operations, managing subcontractor partners, developing team capability, and fostering a culture built on safety, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. This opportunity is ideal for a Construction Manager who enjoys leading from the front, building high-performing teams, and working closely with subcontract partners to deliver safe, compliant, and successful EPCm projects while supporting the development of those around them.
