We are looking for an
Account Manager based in Perth, Australia. The Account Manager will be primarily responsible for revenue and profit growth of PCT programs and services in targeted accounts within Australia.
You will be a self-starter, that has excellent time management skills and a desire to grow your accounts. In addition, you will be responsible for building long-term relationships throughout your customer base by understanding their key business drivers, executing system assurance programs, and selling new technologies.

What You Will Do:
Achieve annual sales, profitability, growth, and customer retention targets through the management and expansion of assigned customer accounts.
Market and promote the full range of the Company's products and services to assigned customers and drive new business development and expansion opportunities.
Develop, maintain, and execute strategic account plans aligned with customer objectives and business growth goals.
Monitor market developments, customer initiatives, industry trends, and competitor activities, accurately assessing opportunities and threats and communicating relevant insights to management.
Plans and executes the introduction of the Company's products and services to the assigned account
Assesses and advises client on a wide range of commercial and technical proposals related to the Company's products and services
Build and maintain strong customer relationships at operational, technical, procurement, and management levels, serving as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
Lead periodic business reviews with customers, demonstrating operational performance, value delivered, improvement opportunities, and future growth initiatives.
Monitor customer satisfaction and implement proactive retention plans to address customer risks and strengthen long-term partnerships.
Provide technical expertise and recommendations related to Total Chemical Management, oil and gas production systems, flow assurance, integrity management, phase separation, water injection systems, chemical application facilities, and utility systems.
Conduct field, laboratory, office, and offshore visits to evaluate treatment performance, troubleshoot operational challenges, and optimize chemical programs.
Lead Operational Excellence initiatives within assigned accounts and apply the PROact Operational Assurance System to deliver sustainable customer value and performance improvements.
Coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, Technical Services, contractors, business partners, and customers to ensure effective execution of products and services.
Develop operational and financial plans for assigned accounts and maintain accountability for approved budgets, forecasts, and business plans.
Drive account profitability through treatment optimization, pricing discipline, operational efficiencies, and value-added solutions.
Coordinate inventory planning, product forecasting, stock management, and product phase-in/phase-out activities with Operations and Supply Chain teams.
Identify actual and potential non-conformances, implement corrective and preventive actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives in accordance with Company quality standards.
Maintain accurate customer, operational, and commercial records, reports, forecasts, and account documentation.
Provide technical guidance, coaching, and support to junior sales and field personnel and collaborate effectively across functions to achieve business objectives.
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, customer standards, company policies, SHEQ requirements, and the Company's Code of Conduct.
Demonstrate visible leadership in safety by adhering to company HSE policies,
participating
in risk assessments and safety initiatives, promoting safe work practices, and supporting a culture of continuous safety improvement.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum 8+ years of relevant oilfield or production chemical experience.
Minimum 3-5 years of successful technical sales, account management, or business development experience preferred.
Demonstrated success in managing strategic customer accounts and delivering revenue growth.
Experience in contract management, commercial negotiations, and customer relationship management preferred.
Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Science, or related technical discipline.
