Sales Executive B2b

We are partnering with our client in the oil and gas sector to appoint a driven Sales Executive (B2B) to join our client's team in Fujairah. This permanent position is ideal for a commercially focused professional who enjoys building strong relationships with key industry stakeholders while managing the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to payment collection. Key Responsibilities Business Development: Identify, negotiate, and secure high-volume supply contracts with Ready-Mix plants, asphalt plants, and heavy infrastructure projects. Client Consultation: Partner with procurement heads, plant managers, and quality control teams to meet exact material specifications and grading requirements. Credit & Collection Control: Assess financial credibility of new commercial accounts, establish secure credit terms, and ensure 100% on-time payment collection. Market Penetration: Register FNQ in approved vendor lists for major infrastructure, roadwork, and mega-construction projects across the UAE. Logistics & Dispatch Liaison: Collaborate with weighbridge clerks and transport coordinators to align daily vehicle dispatches with client operational schedules. Market Intelligence & Reporting: Track regional competitor pricing and market dynamics to provide weekly strategic insights to the General Manager. Active, established network among procurement managers, plant owners, and estimators in the UAE Ready-Mix and construction sectors. Visit main contractors, subcontractors, and consultants to secure product approvals and prequalification. Develop strategic sales plans, manage RFPs/RFQs, and achieve short- and long-term sales goals. Handle quotations, process Local Purchase Orders (LPOs), coordinate deliveries, and follow up on invoice payments. Understanding of aggregate sizes, sand specifications, and concrete mix designs. Provide accurate sales forecasts and weekly/monthly status reports to senior management.
