Commissioning Lead Engineer

Commissioning Lead Drive a major capital project through commissioning and start-up while leading key stakeholder engagement. In this role you will: Lead and coordinate commissioning activities across Electrical, Instrumentation and Control Systems. Drive the commissioning schedule to achieve critical project milestones. Work closely with project teams, contractors and stakeholders to ensure a successful project handover. We are partnering with a major industrial organisation to source an experienced commissioning professional for a project-based opportunity. This role will suit a proven Commissioning Lead, Superintendent or Manager who can hit the ground running, take ownership of commissioning delivery and drive project outcomes through to start-up. Salary & Benefits $120/hour plus super Immediate start available Project-based contract on a major capital works program Fortnightly pay through NES Fircroft's online payroll system Opportunity for contract extension based on project requirements Dedicated NES Fircroft Consultant and Contractor Care support throughout your assignment Access to NES Fircroft contractor networking and engagement events Opportunity to secure future contracts through NES Fircroft's extensive client network About You Proven experience as a Commissioning Lead, Commissioning Superintendent or Commissioning Manager Engineering qualification in Electrical, Instrumentation, Controls or a related discipline preferred Strong commissioning experience across Electrical, Instrumentation, PLC and control systems Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and drive commissioning schedules on major projects Strong communication, leadership and computer literacy skills The Job Role Lead the safe execution and coordination of commissioning activities across multiple disciplines Drive commissioning schedules, priorities and project deliverables through to start-up Manage interfaces between project, construction, contractors and operational stakeholders Facilitate commissioning, testing and handover activities to ensure successful project delivery Support project leadership by providing commissioning progress updates and resolving project issues Apply / What Happens Next Does this sound like the job for you?
