Contract Analyst IV

Job Title: Contract Analyst IV Duration: 3-month Schedule: 9/80 Location: Houston, TX This opportunity sits within a major international energy and chemicals environment and focuses on lease administration, land records management, and contract analysis for producing and nonproducing properties. The role supports the accurate maintenance of lease obligations, payment tracking, and document preparation while working closely with Land Operations and Land Administration teams. This position offers the chance to contribute to complex land and contract activities in a fast-paced setting where accuracy, judgement, and strong organisational capability are essential. Required Education: Bachelor's degree, or equivalent relevant experience Required Experience: 0-4 years of relevant experience, or 8 or more years of relevant experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree Experience supporting lease and contract records for producing and nonproducing properties Experience reviewing lease obligations, payment requirements, expirations, and ownership changes Ability to work independently on assignments of increased complexity under general direction Required Skills: Strong understanding of land principles, lease obligations, and land records management Ability to analyse and input lease and contract data with a high level of accuracy, completeness, and consistency Experience preparing releases, Exhibit A documents, and related agreement documentation Ability to manage lease calendars covering rentals, shut-ins, minimum royalties, expirations, and other payment obligations Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn additional systems and applications Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Ability to handle confidential and proprietary information appropriately General understanding of land terminology and contracts Research capability using private and public online records to support lease administration and issue resolution Preferred Qualifications: Working knowledge of Quorum Land System and/or SAP About Airswift: Airswift is an international workforce solutions provider within the energy, process and infrastructure industries.
