Job Duties Manufacturing process development and implementation Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and protoype-to-production transition. Manufacturing routing, process planning, and work center development Develops preliminary cost estimates to support studies of product feasibility and assists in establishing selling price CNC machining processes, NC programming, and production methods analysis Engineering drawing and complex print interpretation Production planning and manufacturing capacity analysis Lean manufacturing and operational excellence practices Cost reduction, productivity improvement, and process standardization Cross-functional coordination with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Technology teams Following are key competencies Technical Leadership Continuous Improvement Mindset Decision Maing and Results Orientation Effective Communication and Collaboration Qualifications Minimum of 4 years of experience in methods analysis and NC programming Candidates having qualifications that exceed the minimum job requirements will receive consideration for higher level roles given (1) their experience, (2) additional job requirements, and/or (3) business needs.  Depending on education, experience, and skill level, a variety of job opportunities might be available, including Methods Analyst/Program Specialist and Senior Methods Analyst/Program Specialist.
