Head Of Logistics Infrastructures

Manage the long-term operation, maintenance, and performance of all building infrastructure and utility systems. Ensure the long-term reliability and availability of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, drainage, water supply, and building automation systems. Develop and implement preventive and predictive development and maintenance programs. Conduct regular inspections and condition assessments of facilities and infrastructure assets. Identify infrastructure risks and develop mitigation and replacement plans. Identify and propose infrastructure upgrades, renovations, and capital improvement projects. Maintain accurate records of building assets, maintenance activities, and technical documentation. Oversee infrastructures operations and ensure a safe, clean, and efficient working environment. Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, regulations, and company standards. Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets for facilities and infrastructure
