Electrical Supervisor Construction Mwd

The Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all electrical construction activities on site, ensuring safe execution of works, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a large-scale industrial project by ensuring compliance with project specifications, contractual requirements, and applicable electrical engineering standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate electrical subcontractors on site Ensure implementation and compliance with construction safety requirements Monitor installation activities for high- and low-voltage transformers and switchgear Resolve technical questions and field execution issues Ensure construction quality complies with project documentation and contract requirements Identify non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions Assess subcontractor productivity and performance Review progress measurements against project schedules and subcontract obligations Coordinate with construction management and engineering teams to ensure smooth project execution Support site reporting and project progress reviews Required Qualifications & Experience Essential Strong experience in electrical construction supervision within industrial projects Proven experience managing and coordinating subcontractors on site Solid understanding of electrical engineering standards, codes, and regulations Experience with field execution of electrical installation works Previous exposure to large industrial, energy, chemical, oil & gas, semiconductor, or EPC projects With over 90 years' combined experience, NES Fircroft (NES) is proud to be the world's leading engineering staffing provider spanning the Oil & Gas, Power & Renewables, Chemicals, Construction & Infrastructure, Life Sciences, Mining and Manufacturing sectors worldwide.
