Sales Admin

THIS IS A 3 MONTH TEMPORARY POSITION - It may be extended but that is not guaranteed Provide administrative support to the Sales Team by processing orders, coordinating deliveries, maintaining customer records, and ensuring excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Process customer orders and manage delivery schedules. Support Account Managers with customer accounts and enquiries. Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment. Maintain accurate sales and customer data. Liaise with customers and internal teams to meet service targets. Prepare reports and assist with account reviews. Key Requirements Experience in sales administration, customer service, or a similar support role. Strong organisational and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. High attention to detail and customer-focused approach. SAP experience desirable. Personal Attributes Proactive and self-motivated. Team player with a positive attitude.
