Senior Aboriginal Affairs Consultant

This position would suit an experienced Aboriginal Affairs, Indigenous Engagement, Community Relations or Social Performance professional who combines strong stakeholder engagement capability with excellent written communication and project coordination skills. Key responsibilities Support implementation of the organisation's Reconciliation Action Plan and associated action plans. Coordinate information and input from internal business units to support RAP commitments. Prepare briefing notes, presentations, reports, strategy documents and policies. Support improvement of Aboriginal Affairs governance frameworks and processes. Contribute to Indigenous employment and supplier diversity initiatives. Support cultural awareness and cultural capability programs. Assist with broader social performance and ESG initiatives where required. Provide coordination support across Aboriginal Affairs projects and programs. Undertake research, benchmarking and data analysis to support decision-making. Monitor project milestones, deliverables and actions. Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders across the organisation.
