Workplace Coordinator – Part-Time
Adelaide CBD | 2 Days per Week | 8:30am–5:00pm
We are seeking a proactive and organised
Workplace Coordinator
to support the smooth day-to-day operation of a professional corporate office in Adelaide CBD.
This is a varied, people-focused role combining
workplace coordination, facilities support, events and office operations
. You’ll work closely with internal teams, building management and external suppliers to create a welcoming, efficient and well-presented workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate internal office events, including catering, room setup, guest lists and suppliers
Support day-to-day office and facilities operations
Liaise with building management, contractors and service providers
Provide professional front-of-house and workplace support
Coordinate office assets, seating changes and workplace requirements
Conduct regular office checks to maintain presentation, safety and functionality
Assist with meeting room technology and basic AV troubleshooting
Support workplace projects, office changes and asset rollouts
About You
Previous experience in workplace, office, facilities, events or corporate administration
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Confident dealing with internal stakeholders, suppliers and contractors
Friendly, professional and service-focused approach
Comfortable with technology and learning workplace/AV systems
Proactive, adaptable and able to manage changing priorities
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a
