Business Controller Kaohsiung

Responsibilities Lead business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes. Partner with project teams on quotations, tenders, project execution, and performance reviews to drive profitability. Provide financial insights, scenario analysis, and recommendations to support strategic business decisions. Monitor business performance, cash flow, working capital, and cost optimization initiatives. Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, contractual requirements, and governance standards. Prepare and present business performance reports to local and regional leadership teams. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote best practices across finance and business functions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in Business Controlling, FP&A, Commercial Finance, or related finance functions. Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and management reporting. Experience supporting project-based businesses with exposure to project finance and commercial management. Proven track record in profitability improvement, cash flow management, and working capital optimization. Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders. Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Experience in a multinational and matrix organization is highly preferred.
