Instrument Technician – Chemical Plant Responsible for installing, calibrating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing process instrumentation and control systems used in a chemical manufacturing facility. Ensures instruments such as pressure, temperature, flow, and level devices operate safely and accurately to support production and regulatory requirements. Works with maintenance and operations teams to diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and maintain compliance with plant safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Install, calibrate, and maintain field instrumentation and control systems.Troubleshoot and repair transmitters, control valves, analyzers, and PLC/DCS-related equipment.Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.Read and interpret P&IDs, loop drawings, and technical manuals.Adhere to all safety, environmental, and plant procedures.
