Assistant Manager - R2R

This role provides overall management of service delivery through effective leadership and development of the Finance Shared Services team in conjunction with the broader business requirements. Manage and lead the process to ensure timely, accurate and quality deliverables are met in compliance with Wood policy. To oversee, coordinate and manage daily activities and ensure efficient process flow. To work cross functionally within Finance and outside Finance ensuring satisfaction with services which would include process enhancement, reporting, or additional automation. The role works autonomously working in conjunction with other Managers and Global Process Owners. To build and maintain key stakeholder relationships across the business to ensure satisfaction of delivery of services is defined and met.
