Commercial Asset Manager Bess

An established and well-funded renewable energy investor, developer, owner, and operator is seeking a Commercial Asset Manager to join its growing UK team, to have a focus on their rapidly expanding portfolio of BESS and solar assets . This is a commercially focused role, responsible for maximising asset revenues, managing market and contractual risks, and driving performance across a portfolio of operational renewable energy assets. Key Responsibilities Optimise revenues across PPAs, CfDs, Capacity Market and BESS ancillary services. Manage offtake agreements and support trading and route-to-market strategies. Monitor UK power market developments and assess their impact on asset performance. Own asset budgets, forecasts, financial analysis and performance reporting. Work closely with O&M providers to improve operational and commercial performance. Manage contractual, regulatory and commercial risks across the portfolio. About You 4+ years' experience within renewable energy, energy markets or asset management. Strong understanding of UK power markets, solar PPAs and BESS revenue streams. Experience with commercial contracts, including PPAs, CfDs and optimisation agreements. Strong financial modelling and analytical skills. Commercially astute with excellent stakeholder management capabilities.
