Production 450 MMSCFD and 38K BOPD b. OPEX 76.4 MUSD/Y c. MCI: 465 Contribution to FFD Objectives: a) 4 subsea wells b) Drillex 1029 MUSD Functional Dimensions: 1. Operational readiness and execution 2. Safety, Compliance, and HSE Integration 3. Cross-Functional Coordination Activities • Act as the appointed Marine Advisor for TEPAb, providing consultancy and technical support during offshore projects, rig moves, and other specialist marine activities. • Ensure marine operations are conducted safely and in accordance with Company Rules, applicable marine standards, legislation and approved procedures. • Ensure appropriate planning, selection and vetting of vessels operating on behalf of TEPAb. • Provide marine technical advice to management, Logistics, Drilling, Operations, Projects, HSE and other relevant functions. • Ensure appropriate marine qualification and competency requirements for personnel involved in management or supervision of marine operations. • Review marine risk assessments, vessel manning levels, crew qualifications and competencies for planned operations. • Review procedures for movement or deployment of moorings and anchors of watercraft at offshore sites. • Provide technical input to marine tenders, contracts, procurement and Scope of Work development. • Manage and monitor marine contractor and vessel-owner performance. • Support vessel chartering and ensure safe and optimal utilization of the vessel fleet. • Ensure marine emergency preparedness and oil spill response arrangements are maintained. • Promote a strong safety mindset among contractors and subcontractors. • Support marine HSEQ reporting, audits, incident investigations and continuous improvement. • Participate in vessel inspections, marine audits and contractor assurance activities. • Maintain effective relationships with Operations, HSE, Projects, Drilling, Logistics, Inspection and other relevant functions. • Maintain effective communication with vessel owners, marine contractors, inspection bodies and authorities. HSE Responsibilities • Support and implement TEPAb HSEQ management system (plans, procedures and specifications) • Adopt and demonstrate exemplary behaviour about HSEQ rules & requirements, as well as Company Ethics & “Code of Conduct” policy. • Participate in Project reviews and make recommendations based on relevant experience. • Promote HSE culture within the team and ensure HSE related topics are treated as top priorities in the discipline (Derogation, HAZOP, HAZID, HSE action plan, PRs actions, etc.) • Participate and assist in the development and implementation of Environmental management and Energy efficiency System processes. Authority to suspend activities when there is a potential or actual threat to human life, the installation or the environment, and notify forthwith the responsible supervisor Context and environment The Absheron Conventional Gas & Condensates field is located offshore Azerbaijan Republic in the Caspian Sea in 500 meters depth, at about 100km southeast of Baku, 25km north-east of Shah Deniz field and 34km south of Oil Rocks production and processing facilities. Absheron Early Production Scheme (EPS) is an early development phase started first gas production July -2023. The FFD project aims at supplying natural gas for both domestic market via Sangachal main facilities (condensate) and for international export market via the South Caucasus Pipeline (SCP). Qualifications/Experience required[HA2.1] • Education: Master Mariner background or equivalent marine professional qualification, with relevant offshore experience, including: management and supervision of vessel operations, experience with Dynamic Positioning, vessel inspections and audit. • Knowledge of applicable marine law, maritime regulations and industry standards. • Experience in the Oil & Gas industry, including offshore operations. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for internal and external relationships. • Autonomous, results-oriented, accountable and strong problem-solving capabilities. • Languages: Fluent English, written and spoken.
