Required QualificationsLong Description Ph.D. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Proven research accomplishments through publications, patents, product developments, or industry projects.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Experience in experimental design, statistical analysis, and data interpretation.
Curiosity and willingness to learn across new technologies and application areas, with the adaptability to thrive in uncertain and ambiguous environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
