Procurement Analyst

Procurement Analyst required in central London 3 days a week and 2 days from home - 6 months + with the potential for the role to go much longer (dependent on projects).
This is outside of IR35 on an offshore wind project.
Role:
Manage sourcing, contract management, and supplier performance management activities for the following categories:
Constructions Service including marshalling and construction port requirements Operation and Maintenance (O&M)
Consenting Other ad-hoc project requirements Work with key stakeholders for identified categories to understand upcoming demand in 2027 Provide support to main package teams as required Ensure compliance with procurement policy and process, including Purchase-to-Pay requirements Strong organisational and time-management skills; thrives under pressure and can juggle multiple priorities.
Sourcing and contract management experience preferably in offshore energy industry (and ideally in offshore wind)
Experience in Procurement Process, Systems and Governance Experience in Reporting and Performance Management activities Flexible and adaptable in the face of change and unforeseen circumstances.
High level of discretion, empathy, and confidentiality.

Independent, detail-oriented, and quality-focused.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience in communication and event planning is a plus.
