With over a century of heritage, Baker Hughes partners with customers in oil and gas, industrial sectors, and emerging energy markets to accelerate progress toward a more sustainable energy future Fuel your passion A Sourcing Experienced Professional - Sourcing Initiatives is responsible for supporting sourcing and procurement activities, providing legal and commercial guidance relating to inbound procurement, managing supplier relationships, and supporting negotiations, including real estate negotiations. As a Sourcing Experienced Professional, you will be responsible for: Supporting sourcing and procurement activities and supplier relationships to meet business requirements. Providing legal counsel and guidance relating to inbound procurement, where applicable. Supporting and managing commercial negotiations with suppliers, including real estate negotiations. Collaborating with internal stakeholders and suppliers to support effective sourcing and procurement outcomes. To be successful in this role you will: Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field. Have at least 3-5 years in Sourcing Lawyer or non-lawyer specializing in sourcing, providing legal counsel and guidance relating to inbound procurement Have procurement experience in SAP and Ariba system Have good communication and negotiation skills, as well as good organizational and time management skills Have a good knowledge of Purchasing practices, principles and procedures Be good at communicating in English language Working with us Our people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
