Absheron development reference agreements are PSA, JOA and addendums.
New EPS platform adjacent and connected to existing facilities, operated with dedicated philosophies for safety, maintenance, inspections, integrity.
Multicultural context with documents in different languages, mainly Azerbaijani or English Activities The job holder is accountable for demonstrating an exemplary behaviour with regard to HSE rules & requirements, with regards to the Company Ethics and “Code of Conduct” policy and for implementing and controlling these rules and requirements within his area of responsibility.
The job holder responsibilities are:
 Performing first line maintenance, troubleshooting when Maintenance team is not on duty  Manage, supervise and execute maintenance and inspection as well as support activities 24/7.
 Lead and co-ordinates the maintenance and inspection operations  Manage the Maintenance and Inspection Services contracts in place for offshore operations by dealing with resident maintenance and Inspection issues in timely way working with maintenance staff  Provide assistance for the operations, supervise the site Maintenance and Inspection Services and conduct proper follow-through on all maintenance and inspection issues.
 Prepares technical failure and investigation reports  Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for specialized maintenance and inspection or repair tasks, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
 Informs the persons concerned, by appropriate reporting, on the progress of maintenance and inspection operations and, if necessary, of difficulties encountered.
 Lead, train, and evaluate maintenance and inspection personnel, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
 Takes part in different daily, weekly and site co-ordination meetings  Assist with site environmental conformance as well as hazardous material programs.
 Ensure to maintain adequate inventories of tools, supplies and parts to accurately repair all equipment.
 Ensure to keep cleanliness at shop and storage areas as well as well-stocked, organized following company colour coded program.
 Inspect regularly machinery with respect to safety issues inclusive but not restricted to ground and trip hazards, non-functioning lights, broken pieces along with exposed wiring.
 Participate in maintenance and inspection employees’ schedules as per forecasted workloads.
 Perform with maintenance and inspection employees along with other technical personnel to develop proactive and effective team working together to attain set objectives.
 Investigate and implement new technologies or methods to improve maintenance and inspection efficiency, asset integrity and reduce environmental impact.
 Managing and coordinating the interfaces with Azneft counterparts Playing a key role in emergency response and PTW processes HSE Responsibilities  Comply to HSE and COMPANY policies, Confidentiality, Compliance needs and Procedures,  Promote continuously safety culture,  Work safely, avoid any incident and dangerous situation, contribute towards continual HSE improvement, demonstrate safety behavior for himself and others,  Attend mandatory HSE trainings, refresher/expired trainings and apply them on site, ensure team and vendor compliance,  Take reasonable care of own Health and Safety and that of Others who may be affected by their acts at work  Each employee, at his level of responsibility, must observe all Company Rules, Procedures and instructions in the performance of his own task  Exercise such caution as is necessary to avoid danger to persons and installations or to avoid pollution  Report any anomaly, abnormal conditions and near miss to Site Manager / RSES  Participate actively in and lead when required HSE meetings, safety talks, toolboxes, training sessions and drills  Ensure safety of personnel, environment protection, and the technical integrity of equipment’s in his/her domain of activities, implement HSE rules and follow procedures, and notify forthwith the responsible person Authority to suspend activities when there is a potential or actual threat to human life, the installation or the environment, and notify forthwith the responsible supervisor Context and environment
