Construction Specialist IV

Airswift is looking for a Construction Specialist IV to work for a major O&G company in Notrees, TX, for an initial 12-months assignment. This opportunity is suited to a construction professional with oil and gas industry experience who can support the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex site activities. The role focuses on construction projects, budget management, site inspection, and contractor coordination while helping ensure work is completed on time and within budget. Required Experience: Experience working in the oil and gas industry Strong understanding of construction principles and practices Experience planning and coordinating construction projects Experience managing budgets and delivering work on time and within budget Experience inspecting construction sites and reviewing construction work Experience communicating with clients and contractors and resolving construction disputes Required Skills: Project planning and coordination Budget management Construction site inspection Ability to approve or reject construction work Stakeholder communication with clients and contractors Ability to stay up to date with construction technologies
