Bess Pv Service Commercial Specialist

Join a growing renewable energy service team and play a key role in supporting utility-scale BESS and PV projects across Poland. This is a highly customer-facing position combining commercial, contractual, and technical responsibilities, with a strong focus on BESS.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Sales/KAM teams by preparing competitive service proposals and pre-tender documentation Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor service strategies Support service pricing, cost analysis, and commercial offer development Prepare, review, and negotiate service agreements and contract documentation Manage service-related offers in CRM, including spare parts, warranty extensions, training, and site services Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding non-LTSA service requests Ensure smooth handover of secured contracts to operational teams Requirements Around 3+ years of experience in a commercial, service, technical sales, or contract management role Strong commercial mindset with the ability to understand technical solutions Experience working with renewable energy, power systems, BESS, PV, EPC, or industrial projects is preferred Fluent Polish and English Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Analytical, structured, and detail-oriented approach Self-driven, proactive, and customer-focused personality Position Details Individual contributor role Approx. 60% commercial / contract management and 40% technical focus Product focus: 80% BESS, 20% PV Hybrid work model (preferred location: Warsaw), remote arrangements to be discussed Contract of employment Annual bonus and benefits package With over 90 years' combined experience, NES Fircroft (NES) is proud to be the world's leading engineering staffing provider spanning the Oil & Gas, Power & Renewables, Chemicals, Construction & Infrastructure, Life Sciences, Mining and Manufacturing sectors worldwide.
