Operations Co-Ordinator

About the Role As an Operations Coordinator, you will support the end-to-end fulfilment of aftermarket spare parts orders, helping move customer requirements efficiently from order through picking, dispatch and collection. You will monitor order progress, coordinate with internal teams, communicate updates to customers and help ensure urgent requirements are prioritised effectively.

About the Team You will join a close-knit and collaborative team within a busy, fast-paced operational environment. The Operations team works closely with colleagues across Stores, Purchasing and Sales, with regular communication and a shared focus on meeting customer requirements and departmental targets.

Your contribution will help keep orders moving, provide customers with clear and timely updates and support the team in achieving delivery and monthly performance targets.
