Pipe Fitter

I am currently searching for 10 Journeyman Pipefitters for an immediate start to work on a large Power Plant Construction project in Louisville, Kentucky This contract is for 30 days to install Chem Clean Pipe Per diem is $105/ days worked 7 x 12 hour shifts Rate: $34 per hour (up to 40 hrs) + OT (after 40 hrs worked)
Position Summary Plan, lay-out, install, test and repair all types of piping systems in accordance with all applicable plans, specifications, codes and industry standards.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties Maintain working knowledge of various types of pipe and pipe systems, including butt welded, socket welded, threaded, Victaulic, grooved, glued and fused joints Reading isometric drawings, taking measurements, fabricating and installing piping efficiently Align, bolt, and clamp together components of fabricated metal products to secure in position for welding Assemble and secure pipes, tubes, fittings, and related equipment according to specifications by welding and threading joints With over 90 years' combined experience, NES Fircroft (NES) is proud to be the world's leading engineering staffing provider spanning the Oil & Gas, Power & Renewables, Chemicals, Construction & Infrastructure, Life Sciences, Mining and Manufacturing sectors worldwide.
