Up to 10% $52-$57/HR based on benefit selections Orion Group is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager II to support payer marketing strategies for a leading pharmaceutical company's Immunology portfolio. This role will focus on developing and executing marketing initiatives that improve market access, support product launches, and communicate product value to healthcare decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute payer marketing strategies, promotional materials, and market access initiatives.
Support product and indication launches, including tracking payer formulary adoption.
Analyze payer policies, market trends, competitive insights, and marketing performance to guide strategic decisions.
Collaborate with Market Access, Brand Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, Analytics, and external agencies.
Manage multiple marketing projects, timelines, budgets, and material approvals through Veeva.
Develop compelling content and value propositions to support payer engagement and field teams.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
3+ years of pharmaceutical marketing experience.
Experience with Veeva and payer policy documents.
Strong project management, data analysis, and budget tracking skills.
Experience developing marketing strategies, content, and competitive assessments.
Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications Payer marketing, market access, or managed markets experience.
Pharmaceutical product or indication launch experience.
Immunology, dermatology, or specialty pharmaceutical experience.
MBA or advanced degree.
Knowledge of payer formulary processes, reimbursement, and healthcare market trends.
