Oversized Cargo Inland Transportation Manager

Job Responsibilities Be responsible for the overall operation and management of heavy lift logistics and transportation projects in the Philippines.
Directly manage heavy transport fleets and related teams to ensure transportation safety, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
Develop and optimize heavy cargo transportation plans, including route survey, loading/unloading arrangements, escort coordination, and contingency plans.
Be familiar with local traffic regulations, oversized/overweight transportation policies, and permit approval procedures in the Philippines to ensure legal and compliant project execution.
Coordinate with government authorities, ports, customs, police, suppliers, clients, and project sites to ensure smooth transportation operations.
Identify transportation risks, strengthen safety control, and handle emergencies and unexpected issues during project execution.
Manage daily operations of fleet personnel, including training, performance evaluation, and team development.
Be responsible for transportation cost control, operational analysis, and efficiency improvement.
Complete other related tasks assigned by the company.
Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 10 years of experience in heavy lift logistics / oversized cargo transportation.
Ideal candidate: Candidates with local heavy lift logistics management experience in the Philippines are preferred.
Familiar with the full process of oversized, overweight, and irregular cargo transportation projects.
Familiar with the management and deployment of heavy transport vehicles, hydraulic modular trailers, prime movers, and related resources.
Strong capabilities in team management, project coordination, on-site command, and emergency handling.
Strong awareness of cost control, risk management, and client communication.
Candidates with management experience in transportation companies are preferred.
Local Filipino employees are preferred.
English proficiency is preferred as a working language.
