Business Analyst – 3 Months Contract – Sunbury on Thames Inside of IR35 Hybrid – 3 days on site, 2 days remote Required:-  Must have solid experience with Intellipen, must have experience working on Pension Fund Administration Function.  Solid Business Analysis background. Process Mapping Business Analyst Role Overview An experienced Business Analyst to lead the discovery and documentation of key administration processes across the Pension Fund Administration function.
This role will play a critical part in supporting our operating model review and continuous improvement Programme by producing a suite of high-level process maps and swim lane diagrams that provide end-to-end visibility of how work is performed across the organization.
Working closely with managers, team leaders and subject matter experts, you will capture current-state processes, identify risks and inefficiencies, and support the design of future-state operating models that improve efficiency, control and service delivery Qualifications General BA experience with Intellipen working knowledge Business Analyst Key Skills Significant experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst with some Project Management.
Demonstrable experience mapping complex business processes.
Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
Experience documenting current-state and future-state processes.
Proven ability to work across multiple teams and functions.
Advanced Microsoft Visio skills (or similar process mapping tools).
Excellent analytical, communication and documentation skills.
