Contingent Service Representative

Seeking a hands-on Contingent Service Representative to support water treatment and disinfection systems for data center customers. This field-based role combines technical service, customer support, and sustainability initiatives while working independently at customer sites.
Key Responsibilities Perform field testing, inspections, basic troubleshooting, and chemistry testing.
Record, analyze, and report operating data.
Manage product inventory at customer locations.
Provide routine technical support and service to customers.
Identify and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems when needed.
Build strong customer relationships and promote best practices.
Follow all safety policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent.
1+ year of experience in water treatment, industrial, or mechanical environments.
Valid driver's license with no restrictions.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
Preferred Qualifications Associate degree or trade certification.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Experience in water treatment or specialty chemicals.
Knowledge of boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater systems.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Physical Requirements Lift up to 50 lbs.
Work in hot, cold, noisy, or dirty environments.
Ability to stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach as required.
