NES Fircroft is looking for experienced Wellsite Leader (WSL) / Wellsite Coordinator for our OFS client in Saudi Arabia (KSA).
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate wellsite operations, ensuring safe and efficient execution of approved well programs.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, service providers, and field personnel to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with HSE policies, risk assessments, and operational procedures.
Monitor job progress, manage operational risks, minimize NPT, and maintain accurate daily reports.
Ensure equipment and personnel readiness, effective communication, and achievement of operational performance targets.
