Job Title: Dispatcher III Duration: 12+ months Schedule: 7/7 Location: Texas, United States This opportunity supports a fast-paced operations environment focused on inbound dispatch requests, logistics coordination, and transportation scheduling. The role is centred on organising equipment, materials, vendors, and resources while maintaining clear communication across stakeholders. This position offers the chance to make a direct impact by prioritising operational requests, tracking progress, and helping ensure timely service delivery through strong dispatching and coordination capability. Required Experience: Experience handling inbound dispatch requests through phone, email, and digital platforms Experience coordinating logistics activities, including scheduling, transportation coordination, and stakeholder communication Experience maintaining accurate records of requests, status updates, and communications in a fast-paced environment Experience identifying operational issues, monitoring progress, and escalating where resolution support is needed Required Skills: Strong communication, customer service, and computer-based skills Ability to manage multiple requests while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Strong organisational skills with the ability to follow established processes Ability to prioritise competing demands based on operational urgency, business impact, and customer needs Ability to proactively identify potential issues or delays and communicate status changes clearly Must be local to Greater Houston / Spring area Preferred Qualifications: Logistics experience Dispatching experience Transportation coordination experience Call center experience Operations experience About Airswift: Airswift is an international workforce solutions provider within the energy, process and infrastructure industries.
