Invoicing Controller

Job Title: Invoicing Controller Duration: 12 months Schedule: Monday to Friday Location: Talacre, United Kingdom This opportunity supports a major decommissioning and carbon capture project, focused on managing invoice collection, review and back-charge preparation within a structured project environment. The role offers the chance to work closely with finance, procurement and key stakeholders while helping maintain accurate invoicing records and reporting. This position is well suited to candidates with invoicing experience, invoice reading capability, data collection skills and working knowledge of SAP and Excel. Required Education: HNC or certification in Economics Required Experience: Up to 5 years of experience in invoicing activities Experience collecting and reviewing incoming invoices from vendors and suppliers Experience maintaining accurate invoice records and supporting reporting activities Experience working with finance, procurement and relevant stakeholders to support invoicing processes Required Skills: Invoice reading Data collection Ability to identify and categorise invoices for client back-charge preparation Basic SAP knowledge Excel skills Ability to prepare invoice back-up with accurate supporting details Strong record-keeping and reporting capability About Airswift: Airswift is an international workforce solutions provider within the energy, process and infrastructure industries.
