Quality Assurance and Quality Control Coordinator

Job Title: Quality Assurance and Quality Control Coordinator Start-date: ASAP End-date: 31/03/2027 Location: Étrez, France This opportunity supports a project-based technical document management scope within a construction and petrochemical environment in Etrez, France. The role focuses on quality assurance, quality control, document verification, file management, scanning, SharePoint uploads and tracking activities, with regular coordination around project documentation. This position offers the chance to contribute to documentation quality, project controls and structured records management in a technically demanding setting. Required Experience: Experience in technical document management within project or construction environments Experience managing document completeness checks, file indexing, scanning and tracking records Experience supporting structured documentation processes and quality control activities 2 to 5 years of relevant experience Required Skills: Strong quality assurance and quality control capability in relation to technical documentation Very good command of IT tools Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook Experience working with project and supplier databases including PDB, VDBx, SDBx and GAIA SharePoint document upload and document control support Project management software English language proficiency Ability to maintain technical quality, content quality and presentation quality across produced documentation Preferred Qualifications: Experience in petrochemical project activities About Airswift: Airswift is an international workforce solutions provider within the energy, process and infrastructure industries.
