What does the job involve? Bałtyk 2 and Bałtyk 3 Offshore Wind Farm projects consist of 2 x 50 turbines, two Offshore Substations (OSS) and two Onshore Substations (ONS) with total capacity of up to 1,5GW. The wind farms are located approximately 37 km and 22 km north of the Polish coastline, respectively. During the operational phase, maintenance activities will be carried out from our newly established Operations and Maintenance (O&M) base in Łeba, supported by daily transfers using Crew Transfer Vessels (CTVs). The O&M base will include a warehouse, quay, Central Control Room, offices, and supporting infrastructure, serving as the central hub for all service and maintenance operations. For our offshore wind projects, we are looking for an experienced technician with a strong electrical and/or mechanical background, ideally gained within the offshore wind industry.
